RETHNK.COM er vært ved den danske konference om Organisationer i Balance den 5. oktober 2016 i København.
Claus Nygaard fra cph:learning åbner konferencen med et oplæg om nødvendigheden af Strategisk Samskabelse for at skabe Organisationer i Balance.
Konference er et skandinavisk samarbejde mellem tre kapaciteter fra hhv. Norge, Danmark og Sverige:
Bjørn Z. Ekelund, Norway has conducted research in organizational theory and communication. He is a psychologist and works as a management consultant and runs the company Human Factors. Has developed the team concept Diversity Icebreaker, which has been applied in 50 countries.
Carsten Arnfjord Thomsen, Denmark has done research in innovation and design processes in public administration. He works as a organizational anthropologist and facilitator in his company Innovationsstudier.dk/RETHNK – learning, innovation and transformation.
Liv Cardell, Sweden is the author of the book Red Matters. She works as a organizational consultant and facilitator in her company Cardell Consulting. Liv has created a concept based on her book Red Matters – a cultural perspective in the context of value management and corporate culture.
